Welcome to Range Valley, population 7,500.
Mary Slaughter graduated university last round, and has updated her look a little bit. She is a knowledge sim, with some interesting parentage.
Mary is on a mission. And Christopher Seiff here is just the first part. Oddly enough, Christopher doesn’t look too enthralled with Mary’s conversation.
Still, Mary is able to keep his attention in different ways.
But Mary is not a one-person kind of sim, and she is quick to re-introduce herself to her previous housemate, Ridley Gaither.
Relations are quickly re-established.
The next night, Mary has Christopher move in. Since he has been a townie since the beginning of Range Valley, he has a ton of stuff in his inventory. Mary sells it all immediately.
Unfortunately for Christopher, he doesn’t get to enjoy his new-found playable status for very long. He sees things the mind just can’t cope with seeing.
Results are… predictable.
Mary watches on as the Grim Reaper processes Christopher’s death. Like father, like daughter.
After a fun morning of digging a grave and filing the death with the local authority, Mary invites Ridley over, and finally experiences love. She becomes a Romance secondary.
She also discovers that she is pregnant, but her shirt won’t show it. One outfit change later, and she invites the father of her child back to the house.
Ridley was looking like he was going to end the round without being a father, but oh well.
Mary gives birth alone, but not too concerned about it. Death is a mere trifle to her, so life isn’t that much more intense.
A boy! Who is creatively named Damian.
And a girl, who is named Lily.
With the babies now on the outside, Mary changes back into her previous outfit, and makes the moves on Weldon Downie.
Romance sim Weldon is easily convinced that this young, attractive woman is just desperate for his company. Aaminah Lee keeps her eyes forward, and reminds herself that she saw absolutely nothing.
Mary takes the time to write in her diary. Weldon has a little time. After all, he has his uses.
Weldon cares for the children, whilst Mary looks for her next victim, both for babies, and for… Other uses.
Mary meets the hobby instructer who replaced Holly Tang. He is cute, so keep him in mind, I guess?
Next on Mary’s baby hit list is Jacob Dallas, who has already provided genetic material for two children. It might just break his little mind if a third makes an appearance, though.
Birthday time!
First Damian!
Then Lily.
Eesh. Remind me to change Mary’s workout wear. That really doesn’t scream “daughter of death” to me.
Mary continues her moves on Jacob, but he is currently terrified of having a child, so I’m not sure whether to prioritise her wants over his or not…
We leave the Slaughter family here. Weldon is not “family”, and does not appear in the picture.
